400 Meter Run

5 Hang Clean and Jerk

*Score is total weight achieved. Ex: if you complete 100# in the first round you will receive 100 points. If you do the same in the next round – you will now have a total of 200 points.*

Rules:

At the beginning of each round athlete can choose any weight they like. If they are unable to complete all 5 reps unbroken they will receive a score of 0. They will then run 400m, come back and try a different weight.
