A. If you complete 5 reps at 100 pounds your score is 100 for that round.
B. Each individual can choose any weight they want and can change the weight for each round.
C. Each individual has only one attempt to complete an unbroken set of 5 Front Squats – If they fail they will score 0 points for that round.
