Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In Teams of Four, Complete the Following:
Partner A: 250 Meter Row
Partner B: Plank Hold
Partner C: Burpee
Partner D: Deadlift
Rotate Stations when Partner A Completes Her Row.
The Goal is to Achieve as Many Burpees and Deadlifts as Possible while Partner A is rowing. Plank Hold is a Mental Test and Does Not Count for Any Reps.
