In Teams of Four Complete the Following for TIme:
8,000 Meter Row – Alternate team members at any time, as many times as needed.
While the three other team members are not on the rower they can complete the following movements.

Overhead Lunge (45/25)
*Subtract 1 Second from the teams 8K Row Time for Every Rep Completed*
*TIME CAP: 40 Minutes*
