C. :45 Hand Stand (wall, freestanding)

For Time:

Buy In: 15 Push Ups, followed by:

50-40-30-20-10

Air Squats

Double Unders

*Every 2 Minutes – 15 Push Ups*

Weightlifting

Back Squat (3 x 5 @ 70%)
