With a Partner Complete the Following for Time:

A. Row for TIme:

Men: 3,000 Meters

Women: 2,400 Meters

*Cap 10 Minutes*

B. 60 Squat Cleans for Time:

Men: 165/135/95

Women: 105/85/45

*Cap 10 Minutes*

C. Ten Rounds for Time:

5 Toes to Bar

10 Push Ups

15 Goblet Squats (53/35)

*Cap 10 Minutes*

Rules:

1. If you fail to complete any section in the 10 Minute time cap:

Part A. Every Missed Meter= 1 Second

Part B. Every Missed Clean= 10 Seconds

Part C. Every Missed Rep= 10 Seconds

Example: If a mens team rows 2,850 Meters their score is 12:30.

2. Partitioning:

Part A. – Anyway you want.

Part B. – Partner A Does all 30 First

Part C. – Alternating Rounds
