With a Partner Complete the Following for Max Reps:

AMRAP 7

Partner A: 10/7 Calorie Assault Bike

Partner B: ME S2OH (135/95)

**Rest 1 Minute**

AMRAP 7

Partner A: 200 Meter Run

Partner B: ME Power Clean (155/105)

**Rest 1 Minute**

AMRAP 7

Partner A: 10 Burpee

Partner B: ME Deadlift (185/135)

Rules:

1. Partner A is the pace setter while Partner B completes as many reps as possible. When Partner A is finished he/she will switch partner B.

2. There will be three scores for today.
