DYNAMIC & 1 ROUNDS OF 1 REPS OF PUSH-UPS/SIT-UPS/Goblet Squats/PULL-UPS & 3min Jump Rope

Deadlift (4 X 5/ 10 KB swings as fast as possible)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Sit-ups

10 Kettle Bell Swings

Sprint 40 yds
