Every 2 Minutes for 14 Minutes:

1 Paused Deadlift + Clean

**Pause 2″ below knee for 3 seconds and then finish deadlift – – without dropping the bar complete 1 Power or Squat Clean**

5 Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs.)

10 Burpees Over the Barbell
