Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes complete the following(5 sets):

Assault Bike (10/7 cal)

2 Power Cleans (135/195)

2 Front Squats

2 Shoulder to Overhead
Athlete should aim for a 30s-45s rest each set. Scale the weight if recommended rest is not met.
