Shoulder Press (:30sec Handstand hold/handstand walk)

240 yd Shuttle

15 Deadlift

15 Pull Up

15 Push-ups

10 Deadlift

10 Pull Up

10 Push-ups

5 Deadlift

5 Pull Up

5 Push-ups

Rest 3 Minutes

240 yd Shuttle

*For 240yd Shuttle, perform six (6) 40 yd sprints.
