Rx:

Partner A: 400 Meter Run

Partner B: ME Jump Lunges

Partner C: ME Hand Stand Push Up

Rx+:

400 Meter Run

ME Back Rack Jump Lunges (45/35)

ME Deficit Hand Stand Push Up (4″/2″)

Rules:

Running partner is the pace setter. Partner B and C can only complete reps while partner A is outside of the building.

Score is total reps completed by the team.
