200 Meter Run

6 Rope Climbs

25 High Five Push Up

400 Meter Run

4 Rope Climbs

25 High Five Push Up

800 Meter Run

2 Rope Climbs

25 High Five Push Up

400 Meter Run

4 Rope CLimbs

25 High Five Push Up

200 Meter Run

6 Rope Climbs

25 High Five Push Up

Scales:

Rules:

Everybody runs the total allotted distance per round together.

Rope climbs can be split up in any fashion.

Push Ups are done together – chest to the floor and slap hands upon extension of the arms at the top. Each high five counts as one rep.
