DYNAMIC & 3 ROUNDS OF 5 REPS OF
 PUSH-UPS/SIT-UPS/Goblet Squats/PULL-UPS & Row 300m

Deadlift (On the minute for 8 mins/10kb swings)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete 4 rounds:

1 Min – Dynamic Push Up – Max Reps

1 Min – Walking Lunges holding Plate – Max Reps

1 Min – Russian Twists w/ Plate – Max Reps

Rest 1 Minute

*For Walking Lunges count each step as a rep. Plate may be held in any way.

*For Russian Twists count each plate strike as a rep.
