Shoulder Press (Isometric Push-up hold)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

5 Push Press

7 CTB Pull Ups

-Rest 3 minutes, then-

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

4 Broad Jump

6 Hang Power Clean
