Deadlifts

WOD: 3min AMRAP

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

Partner A: Runs 20 yds. Climbing over a box at 10 yards and continues running 10 yards at the end of the turf partner A performs 10 Deadlifts and runs back to the beginning.

Partner B: Rest

Rest 1-2 mins &

Repeat 3 min AMRAP.
